Shipping and Returns
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be -refunded directly back to the gift card.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
GENJAC cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.
We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your items of any problems or damages to your order, otherwise they will not be eligible for a return.
