Standard shipping timeframe is 3-10 business days (excludes ALL holidays and weekends).
GENJAC is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
